Lab projects
MoMIT organizes 10-week consulting projects that offer value for our student members and our corporate partners. Students, working in 2-4 person teams, gain valuable experience by applying their classroom learnings to the real world challenges of partnering companies. Our partner organizations benefit from having talented teams conduct in-depth analysis and develop solutions to pressing business challenges.
Another indirect benefit for both students and partners comes from the close interaction of students and company management. While lab projects are not recruiting or networking focused, successful projects have resulted in MoMIT members taking internship or full time roles at partner organizations.
Past example:
- MoMIT members developed a Customer acquisition strategy for a new Nokia consumer mobile/web service.
